Micro Pig Walk and Private Piggy Encounter combo
This is for adults-only (ages 16+) and combines two of our most popular experiences. Includes a ten-minute stroll around the Huckleberry orchard with one of our friendly micro piggies followed by a private trip to their play paddock to meet the rest of the gang.
Includes entry to Huckleberry Woods micro animal adventures for up to two hours. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to stroke and brush the piggies, take photos and ask questions. If you’re lucky, they may even show off their piano-playing skills. You can stop to greet Princess Pandora, their mum, the miniature donkeys, alpacas, pgymy goats, Teddy Bear sheep, turkeys, ducks, and chickens as you go.
You’ll be accompanied by a Huckleberry Woods pig handler to help you and your piggy stay safe.
All prices include VAT.

This experience is for adults only (16+).

Friends and family are welcome to book a Micro Piggy Walk and Play at the same time as yours. Or they can watch all the fun from the orchard. However, it’s not possible to share the pig between you. You’ll need a spectator or visitor entry ticket to spectate.

These are fully grown micro piggies born in April 2020. Micro or miniature pigs are bred for their very small size compared to normal pigs. They’re about the size of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier when fully grown . The tiny pigs you often see on the Internet are all piglets (sometimes called Tea Cup pigs) and will also eventually grow up to be the size of a small to medium sized dog. There is no such thing as a pig that stays piglet size for ever. Please don’t purchase a micro pig and expect it to stay tiny and live in your home without piggy company. We don’t breed our piggies very often so please don’t expect to see piglets at Huckleberry Woods.

About 20 minutes. Your experience will take place at some point during our 2-hour session, but not necessarily as soon as you arrive. You’re welcome to stay for the rest of the session to mingle with our other animals in the orchard.
-
There are friendly, free ranging animals wandering around the orchard. Do be prepared for them to get up close.
Huckleberry Woods is not a gravel pathway, chemical weed killer type of place – it’s wild and back to nature. It’s located in a small private orchard and is charming and understated rather than large, slick and commercial. It’s not the sort of place where you rush between loads of animal enclosures, vending machines and other distractions. A visit here offers an hour or two of peace and serenity. Time to relax. Time to ‘be’ not just ‘do’ and time to reconnect with nature. Please consider whether this type of relaxing experience is your cup of tea before booking. The experience is totally outside.
-
If you’d like to order any animal food (one bag per booking to avoid the animals getting fat!) or tea and cakes; you can add these to your basket during online checkout.
-
If you’d like to buy a small amount of animal food (please restrict this to one bag per group to avoid the animals getting fat!), or tea and cakes and souvenirs – you can add this to your online order.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR CLOSED TOED FOOTWEAR FOR YOUR VISIT (NO FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS). You won’t be able to come in with open toed footwear. This is for your safety.
Please do try and arrive on time at the beginning of your session. If you arrive late you might have a wait to be let in as we’ll usually be helping other people with animal experiences. Call 07929 871465 to tell us you’re waiting.
