Miniature Donkey Walking Experience in Kent
Take our two beautiful miniature Mediterranean donkeys for a leisurely walk around their ancient orchard home, feed them their favourite nibbles and, if the donkeys are in the mood, give them a brush when they get home. Our donkey walking experience in Kent lasts around 30 minutes, depending on the speed of the donkey on the day. This experience is for a miniature donkey walk for two people. Includes entry to Huckleberry Woods micro animal adventures for two people for up to two hours.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to stroke the donkeys, feed them their favourite nibbles, take photos and ask questions during your walk. You can stop to greet the micro pigs, alpacas, Teddy Bear sheep, ducks and chickens as you go. You’ll be accompanied on your walk by a Huckleberry Woods donkey handler to help you and your donkey stay safe and happy.
Our UK donkey walks are weather dependent as donkeys hate getting wet. If it’s pouring with rain the donkeys won’t come out of their stable, so if the weather is looking bad please check with us by calling before you set off, as your experience may have to be postponed.
All prices include VAT.

Your miniature donkey experience in Kent will last around 30 minutes, depending on the speed of the donkeys on the day. Your experience will take place at some point during our 2-hour session, but not necessarily as soon as you arrive. You’re welcome to stay for the rest of the session to mingle with our other animals in the orchard.

There are friendly, free ranging animals wandering around the orchard. Do be prepared for them to get up close.
Huckleberry Woods is not a gravel pathway, chemical weed killer type of place – it’s wild and back to nature. It’s located in a small private orchard and is charming and understated rather than large, slick and commercial. It’s not the sort of place where you rush between loads of animal enclosures, vending machines and other distractions. A visit here offers an hour or two of peace and serenity. Time to relax. Time to ‘be’ not just ‘do’ and time to reconnect with nature. Please consider whether this type of relaxing experience is your cup of tea before booking. The experience is totally outside. Huckleberry Woods is a Covid secure venue.
