We’re just 5 minutes from Faversham in Kent.
ME13 0TP for your SAT NAV (carry on 1/2 mile down the road towards Sittingbourne after your SAT NAV tells you to stop though).
Plenty of free parking for cars and bikes!
SAT NAV users please note:
Put the postcode ME13 0TP not the name of the road into the sat nav as there are two Lower Roads in Faversham.
Your Sat Nav will stop you 1/2 mile too soon or too far.
If you’re coming from the Faversham direction, keep going for another 1/2 mile – we’re the next turning on the left before you get to the level crossing. Opposite side of Lower Road from a big red barn.
If you’re coming from the Sittingbourne direction, we’re the next turning on the right after you’ve gone over the level crossing. Opposite side of Lower Road from a big red barn.
TOP TIP – BEWARE! THERE ARE TWO LOWER ROADS IN FAVERSHAM
We’re on the Lower Road between Faversham and Teynham. Just outside the village of Luddenham.
So from the A2 by Faversham pass through Ospringe. Go over the roundabout towards Sittingbourne. There’s a turning on the right signposted Luddenham (the road is Four Oaks Road), drive down there, over a little railway bridge to the end where there’s a triangle of grass. Turn left into Lower Road and we’re about a mile down there. Your Sat nav may stop you too soon next to Bennetts Gardens Cottages. Continue down the road and we’re the next on the left, more or less opposite a big red barn with solar panels. There’s a sign by the car park saying Huckleberry Woods so hopefully you’ll be able to find us relatively easily.
